Just like that, we blinked here at Gopher Property Services, LLC and summer has come to an abrupt halt and we are well into fall. October brings the changing of the leaves, cooler weather, pumkin spice, and thoughts of a Minnesota winter, yikes! As I sit here today typing on October 10th, there is snow in the forcast. Yep, I said it...SNOW, oh no! We actually love the snow here at Gopher Property Services, LLC., but this is even too early for us. We have a lot more to do yet to prepare for the upcoming snow season. Thank goodness the trucks and plows are ready just in case. We also have the ice dam machines ready, because with all the crazy weather, we never know when we might need them. Luckily it won't stick around for long and the Twin Cities Metro, including St Paul and Minneapolis, will only get a dusting.
